About Me

My photo
Growing up I filled my schedule with dance classes, in every variation of dance. Searching for a costume was one of my favorite tasks each year. I would pay close attention to the story it told and how it would move on the stage. Would it complete the story that I was trying to tell with the dance? That same excitement followed me to love the fashion industry. I like to think of the whole story that is being told and how the movement of the clothes is the language. Just like dance is an art form, I look at fashion as an art and not simply a business.

Ci Sono Atterrati

The day started with jitters and nerves that soon faded as I travelled through customs (I received my first official stamp on my passport!) and security flawlessly; except for a minor mishap in Frankfurt where I couldn't bring the $4 water bottle onto the second plane! Other than that the flights were smooth and the food and company were great. The beautiful views of the Alps made me even more excited for the adventures that lie ahead. The 30 hour day was extremely long, however completely worth it. Milan is amazing and to start the trip off right we all had dinner at the Riveria Ristorante, where friends were already being made with easy conversation and laughs. The cameriere's (waiters) kept us on our toes with switching of plates and "spills" of coffee. The pizza, while enormous, was unique and delizioso! Today was a great start to what is sure to be an unforgettable trip.
